Frank Morrison was born in Massachusetts but later moved with his family to New Jersey. His first artistic endeavors consisted of graffiti art where he developed his signature elongated figure style. Morrison decided that he wanted a career as an artist when he visited the Louvre during a tour of France. He lists Charles White as one of his important influences. Morrison's work portrays images from the worlds of sports music family as well as fraternity and sorority artwork. His strong religious beliefs are also apparent in many of his pieces. Morrison lives with his wife and three children in New Jersey.
